  • The Owl’s Nest - Available from October to June. The Owl’s Nest is a charming 1-bedroom retreat, perfect for couples or cycling enthusiasts. It offers a compact yet charming living space with all essential amenities. When you book, the space is entirely yours and you will not encounter anyone else.

  • The Fox’s Den – Available from October to June, this 3-bedroom wing is perfect for families or small groups. Guests enjoy exclusive access to this part of the house, including a private living area, kitchen, and dining space. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ensuring privacy while still being part of the same beautiful property.

  • The Entire House – Available in July and August, this option offers all 5 bedrooms and the full range of living spaces, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the stunning pool, garden, ping pong table, and all other amenities, providing ample space and privacy for larger groups or extended families.

  • Though divided by smartly designed doors, each section is part of one cohesive house, maintaining the warmth, character, and flow of the original property. Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or a group retreat, La Chouette offers the perfect combination of flexibility, comfort, and Dordogne charm.

    The Owl's Nest

    Available from October to April, The Owl’s Nest is a charming 1-bedroom retreat. This accommodation offers a private part of the house, ideal for guests seeking independence and comfort. The space includes a bedroom, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living area, providing all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

    The Entire House

    Available in July and August. The Entire House offers all 5 bedrooms and the full range of living spaces, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. With one ensuite bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms making it ideal for families or groups seeking comfortable accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation and is supported by two additional bathrooms for convenience. The spacious lounge and dining areas create a warm and inviting environment for relaxation and dining.

    Guests will appreciate modern conveniences such as TV and WiFi, providing both entertainment and connectivity throughout the stay. Outdoors, the terrace is furnished with a large dining table and BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The generous private pool, measuring 11m by 4m, offers a refreshing escape on warmer days.
